Our history

Are customer reviews a pain or a blessing? This is the question we asked ourselves every morning, when it was time to answer each of them. We knew it: they are crucial for reputation and for SEO. But when you manage a business, there is no shortage of requests. So responding to the comments, some of which are mostly sent by complainers, I said it could wait. And I was wrong. But not so much choice either: I didn't have enough time to devote to it, or the budget to delegate this chore to someone. That's how the idea came to me: what if there was a digital solution developed enough to carry out this task without me having to worry about it anymore? Thus was born the SoLike review response generator.
