With this model, a dedicated SoLike expert takes over the day-to-day management of your customer reviews. They centralize the feedback, write and publish responses on your behalf, and only contact you when a sensitive review requires your input. You also receive a monthly e-reputation report with key performance insights.
Your dedicated account manager writes personalized, multilingual responses that reflect your brand’s tone and identity. You’re only notified if a review requires specific validation or input. Otherwise, you don’t need to do anything, your account manager handles everything for you.
The onboarding includes: A personalized demo, setup of access to your review platforms, a meeting to define the tone and style of responses, then a full deployment with a dedicated expert managing your account.
