1.1/ Connect to theExtranet
1.2/ In the “Account” menu click on “Create and manage user”
1.3/ Booking will ask you to verify your identity
1.5/ Click on “Existing user”!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!
and add these 2 accounts:
-> Identifier: SoLike/Email: hello@solike.review
-> Identifier: visibilishop1/Email: backoffice@visibilishop.com
1.6/ You must have the 2 new users listed
2.1/ Connect to the GoogleMyBusiness interface Extranet
2.2/Connect to your school profile and click on “Administrators”
2.3/Click on “Add”
2.4/Click on “Add a user”
Add accounts as administrator: hello@solike.review & google-solike@visibilishop.com
3.1/ Connect to Expedia's extranet via this link
3.2/ Click on “Administration” and then “Users”
Please add these users:
First name: etx-tseillier | Name: SoLike | Email: support@solike.eu
First name: etx-chandon | Name: Visibilishop | Email: backoffice@visibilishop.com
3.3/ Select the establishment and “User - Customer Experience”
3.4/You validate. It's over
Log on to the TripAdvisor extranet and click on “Manager User Access”
Click on “Invite New User” and fill in: hello@solike.review
A telephone verification will then be requested.
